Another challenge we all face too often is finding the time to focus on personal development. This challenge, coupled with the difficulties of bringing everyone together in a room, makes it easy to understand why people get little-to-no coaching when they step-up into a new position. In my experience the best way to increase attendance to any meeting is classic bribery – with food.
